The terms of use mentioned below define how Quicketch uses and protects all information provided by clients to the company.
The information requested from the clients will only be used to raise an invoice and contact you. Quicketch ensures this information is confidential and does not share it with any third party for commercial use.
Quicketch reserves the right to alter, revise, include or exclude any of these Terms of use at any time at its sole discretion. We advise clients to periodically check for any changes.

Quicketch does not authorize you to use, copy, imitate, print, download or share any information available on our website without the explicit permission of the owner.
Service Terms, Turnaround & Rework Policy
A dedicated production team works on the services offered by Quicketch as per the terms and conditions. If the images are not delivered in the specified time mentioned by Quicketch, we will ensure the job is completed free of cost.
If the images provided do not meet your expectations, we request you to contact us with your valid feedback. We will process it again to meet your expectations and provide the service for free.
Under no circumstances will Quicketch be liable for any loss or damage of the image while it is being uploaded by you.
Non-ownership of images
Quicketch does not take the ownership of any of the images sent by the client. The images are only used for etching and other add-on services based on the request of the client.
The images sent by the client are not modified or altered until a client requests for add-on services.
Quicketch might request for your permission to use your images on the Quicketch website as examples of our work. It will only be used after you provide explicit permission.
Free Trial
Quicketch offers a free trial for any one image per service rendered to our new clients.
We do this to provide them an opportunity to evaluate the quality of our service. To avail this service however, you must register on our website. Please ensure images uploaded for availing the free trial are less than 6 MB in size. Quicketch also reserves the right to withdraw this service without any prior intimation.
Payment
Upon completion of the upload process on our website, you will be guided to the payment gateway (PayPal). Only after the payment receipt is processed will the job be assigned to the production team.
Money Back Policy
Your amount will be refunded only if you inform us about the cancellation within 30 minutes from the time you placed the order. This is applicable only for the orders whose delivery time is above 12 hours. Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the company.
