FaQs. General Information
Will my images be used for any other purpose?
No. Quicketch takes the complete responsibility to ensure your images are secure. The images are only used for etching and other add-on services as requested and will be sent back to you within the specified time.
Do you keep my images as a backup?
Yes. The images will be available in the backup on the server for a period of 7 days from the delivery time. After which, the images will be automatically deleted from the server.
How do I upload the images through a Cloud Storage platform?
Please follow the steps below to upload images,
- Browse the desired service on our website and select it.
- Follow the steps mentioned on the website and complete the payment.
- You will receive an order number. Please keep this order number to track the progress of your order.
- Create a folder and place the images in it. (Note: The quantity of images in the folder and the number mentioned in your order on the website must be the same)
- Upload it to our online uploader or any cloud storage platform and email the link of the shared folder to support@quicketch.com
- We will update the job status via email once we have received your images.
- After the order is completed, we will notify you via email to download the images.
Do I need to install any special hardware or software to access your website?
No. Any updated browser would do.
If I cancel a job, will I get a refund?
Your amount will be refunded only if you inform us about the cancellation within 30 mins from the time you have placed the order.
If you are interested in using the amount for our other services, we can move the amount to your credit account under Quicketch.
Refund of accounts will be done only after we verify your claim. Other charges as applicable may be deducted.
How many images can I upload at a time?
No limit.
What is Credit Buy? How does it work?
Quicketch offers a contemporary credit system designed for your benefit. It is a simple two-step process to free you from the hassle of cards and extra charges. Subscribe to a plan based on your needs. Use the credits available to upload jobs anytime.
Can I use your service without buying credits?
Yes.

Login to our website and check the top left corner (AVAILABLE CREDIT BALANCE:).
What are your turnaround/delivery timings?
Our services are provided round the clock at your convenience.
You can select the required time of delivery during your order process. (3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours etc.)
(Note: Complex, super complex and ultra-complex images may take more to complete. We request you to cooperate with us for the extra turnaround time.)
What are the different file formats that I can use to upload images?
We support images in all file formats such as JPEG, PSD, TIFF, PNG, BMP, etc.
What is the maximum size of image file I can upload?
We accept any size. However, we recommend not zipping while uploading large image files.
How do I differentiate between Simple, Medium, Complex and Super Complex images?
We have given a brief description about the different categories with examples here.
Why should I categorize my images?
We believe you are the best judge of your image. Once you categorize the image, we go ahead with editing the image. In case, your categorization does not match our quality control, we will intimate you before processing the job.
Are there any special discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer special discounts for bulk images on request. Please write to support@quicketch.com with your order number.
I have bulk images to submit, who do I contact for the best price?

Can I get a dedicated photoshop artist to work with us?
Yes. Please send an email along with your requirements to support@quicketch.com or Skype us at Quicketch.
Do I need to install any special hardware and software to access your website ?
Not required, all you need to have is a recent & updated web browsers
Do you use other payment gateways?
Yes. We have Western Union money transfer along with the default PayPal gateway.

Where can I see my balance available credits ?
Just login to our website and you see the top of the menu bar or my account section you can see wallet balance, still if your not figure out please email us support@quicketch.com
Can I pay without buy credits ? and use your service ?
Yes you can do it
Is there another payment mode you have ?
Yes we have Western Union transfer, at present we have secured PayPal transfer payment gateway.
Can you refund I I am not happy with you service ?
Yes we will do it, with your valid reason.
Money Back Policy
Your amount will be refunded only if you inform us about the cancellation within 30 mins from the time you have placed the order (Only for Delivery time above 12 hrs). Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Management.
Non- ownership of Images
Quicketch does not take the ownership of any images sent by the client. Quicketch uses the images only for the purpose of etching & other add-on services based on the request of the client.
The images sent by the client are not modified or altered, unless & until a client requests for add-on services. We might request you for your permission to use your images in our website as our work sample. However, it is entirely your discretion.
